Executive Order 202.100 

HIGHLIGHTS

• Pertains to hospitals discharging patients to nursing homes. 

Executive Order 202.101 

HIGHLIGHTS

• Allows for attendees at outdoor sports venues and entertainment venues with capacity restrictions & proof of vaccine requirements.
• Extends provision allowing for to-go alcoholic beverages at bars and restaurants.
