From Governor Cuomo’s press conference via conference call:

OVERVIEW

• 1.2% positive in yesterday's statewide testing.
• 724 hospitalized.
• 2 deaths recorded over the last 24 hours. 

REOPENING

• The State never authorized bars to re-open.
• The Governor stated that outdoor dining is allowed, but not bar operations.
• Local governments have not been enforcing.
• Four bars (3 Queens, 1 Suffolk) will have licenses suspended.
• The State Liquor Authority (SLA) suspended 27 licenses and brought 410 charges against establishments. 

QUARANTINE

• 10 states added to list:
      - Alaska
      - Delaware
      - Indiana
      - Maryland
      - Missouri
      - Montana
      - North Dakota
      - Nebraska
      - Virginia
      - Washington
      - Minnesota (removed from the list)
