The Governor's Office released these Executive Orders:

Executive Order 202.43 

HIGHLIGHTS 

Extended to July 18:

  • Pertains to domestic violence lodging and expenses, and various other provisions.
  • Businesses must supervise the area within 100 feet of their business to ensure compliance preventing unnecessary congregation of people. Businesses must follow DOH and SLA guidance.
  • Allows for appointment only in-person transactions at county-operated Department of Motor Vehicles in regions in Phase 3. 

Executive Order 202.44

HIGHLIGHTS 

Extended until July 21:

  • Allows pharmacists to order and administer COVID tests for antibodies.
  • Allows DOH to approve and certify dedicated birthing sites.
  • Any village or town election previously scheduled to occur in March-June will now be held on September 15, 2020.
  • Allows for labs to examine COVID tests from nursing homes and adult care facilities without a prescription; requires facilities to report positives to local health departments.
  • Allows the Health Commissioner to suspend or revoke nursing or adult care facilities not adhering to regulations or directives.
  • Allows for a support person and/or doula to be present while birthing and for the duration of the patients stay.
