Overview  

• Total Persons Tested: 15,904,266
• Total Tested Positive: 536,145
• Deaths: 26,005
• Infection rate in the microclusters is 4.9 percent; the statewide infection rate is 2.9 percent.  

Updates 

Beginning Friday, November 13, 2020 at 10:00 p.m.:  

• All NYS licensed establishments have to close at 10:00 p.m.
• Restaurants can conduct curbside takeout after 10:00 p.m.
• Gyms have to close at 10:00 p.m.
• Private gatherings will be limited to 10 people.    

The Governor’s Office also issued the following Executive Order:
