From the Governor’s Phone Briefing:

• 43 states are on the travel advisory list. We have them listed above.
• Connecticut and New Jersey are seeing spikes in infection rate.
• Governor Cuomo will speak with the governors of those states today to see how to control spikes in those areas.
• The Governor stated that there is "no practical way" to quarantine those traveling between these states, but non-essential travel should be avoided.
