From Governor Cuomo’s briefing in New York City: 

OVERVIEW

  • 463 hospitalizations.
  • 3 deaths were reported over the last 24 hours.
  • .91 % infection rate (below 1% for 33 consecutive days). 

REOPENING

  • Indoor dining can resume at 25 percent capacity in New York City starting September 30.
  • All patrons must have their temperature checked at the door.
  • One member of each party will be required to provide contact information.
  • No service after midnight.
  • No bar service.
  • Masks must be worn when not at table, tables must be six feet apart.
  • Establishments must adhere to state guidance.
  • Enhanced air filtration systems are recommended.
  • The NY Task Force of State Police and the SLA will enforce.
